FACILITY
The CETEG laboratory is equipped with instrumentation suitable for animal cell culture in small scale and bioreactor scale up to 20 L.
- 4 bioreactors of 0.2 L
- 3 bioreactors of 4 L (or 2 L)
- Bioreactor of 20 L (collaboration with Belach)
- Alternating Tangential Flow filtration for perfusion or medium renewal
- NovaBioprofile FLEX: cell count, cell viability, concentrations of glucose, glutamine, lactate, ammonia, pH, pCO2, osmolarity
- 4 Laminar flow hoods
- 8 carbon dioxide incubators including one hypoxia incubator
- Laboratories with HEPA filtered air
- UPLC, HPLC
